Hardware Requirements

The PQ-MSA program does not have high hardware requirements – all you need is Windows and Java installed. More detailed specification below

Requirements
Operating system	Windows operating system (XP and newer). Administrator rights are required to install and update the software.
Additional software	Java (version 1.8.0 or higher, latest version recommended). If it is missing, the program will ask for permission to install it during installation.
Hard disk space	Hard disk space ca. 50MB. (Does not apply to Java space)
RAM	Free RAM memory min. 512MB, any graphics card (no detailed requirements)
Internet connection	Internet access. (required for program update, no permanent connection needed).
Additional	Microsoft Office software (reading files exported to xls format). Any printer working in the Windows environment (for printing).

The program is installed on a single computer, there is no network support (no additional server is needed to operate the program).
No database software required.

MSA (Measurement System Analysis) is a method aimed at assessing the quality of control systems used in a company. MSA is performed to understand the imperfections of the system and to be able to improve it so that it meets the set goals and achieves the required level of effectiveness.

The PQ-MSA program enables the analysis of the effectiveness of visual control – it allows to assess whether the inspectors are able to accurately distinguish compliant products from non-compliant ones and correctly classify the identified product characteristics.

Our software enables MSA analyzes for attribute data based on product photos (which significantly reduces the cost of testing) and supports the training of inspectors responsible for visual inspections (a special program module). Determined indicators such as KAPPA, Miss Rate, False Rate or Efficiency allow for a clear summary of the accuracy of the controls carried out.
