Access structure

The program allows you to create accounts with different access levels.

The access levels in the program are:

Level 1 (controller) – account with access to the test assigned by the admin
Level 2 (admin) – an account for creating tests and analysis of results
Level 3 (superadmin) – an account with the possibility of creating sub-accounts in the organization under the purchased license

MSA (Measurement System Analysis) is a method aimed at assessing the quality of control systems used in a company. MSA is performed to understand the imperfections of the system and to be able to improve it so that it meets the set goals and achieves the required level of effectiveness.

The PQ-MSA program enables the analysis of the effectiveness of visual control – it allows to assess whether the inspectors are able to accurately distinguish compliant products from non-compliant ones and correctly classify the identified product characteristics.

Our software enables MSA analyzes for attribute data based on product photos (which significantly reduces the cost of testing) and supports the training of inspectors responsible for visual inspections (a special program module). Determined indicators such as KAPPA, Miss Rate, False Rate or Efficiency allow for a clear summary of the accuracy of the controls carried out.
